SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We endeavour to provide the best possible experience for our clients - both in our store and online. Our goal is to deliver your Mitchell Ogilvie selection in excellent condition, in the shortest available time frame.

SHIPPING

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY VIA AUSTRALIA POST

Mitchell Ogilvie offers complimentary express delivery on all full-priced merchandise delivered Australia-wide.

For sale merchandise, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $20.

Your order will be express shipped to your location via Australia Post and delivered within the following 2-4 business days for areas within Australia Post’s express delivery network.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY VIA DHL EXPRESS

For International deliveries, your package will be shipped to your location using the worldwide courier, DHL Express.

For deliveries to New Zealand, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $40.

For International deliveries outside New Zealand, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of AUD $100.

International delivery timeframes can be provided upon request based on your specific location. 

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Prices within our online store do not include local import duties and taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import charges to your destination.  These charges vary from country to country and Mitchell Ogilvie is not liable for such import charges. Please check with your local customs office to assess what import charges you may be responsible for.

In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. If you choose to refuse a shipment from Mitchell Ogilvie, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and any customs charges incurred, and the cost of returning the goods to Mitchell Ogilvie.

TIMEFRAMES

All products purchased from the Mitchell Ogilvie online shop are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Mitchell Ogilvie. While we do endeavour to provide the best service possible, all delivery timeframes are approximate. In the event that your delivery has not been made within the timeframe specified above, we will make every effort to rectify the situation with Australia Post / DHL as soon as practically possible.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link. This email will have been sent to the email address you entered in the checkout.

If you need assistance tracking your shipment, please email Mitchell Ogilvie at shop@mitchellogilvie.com and we will track the shipment for you and respond via email with the shipment status. We endeavour to respond to email correspondence within 24 hours of it being received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You must inform Mitchell Ogilvie of your intent to return the item/s for exchange or refund via email within 72 hours from the date of delivery. Please refer to the Return Authority form included in your shipment for further details.

The item/s must be returned to Mitchell Ogilvie within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be addressed to:

Mitchell Ogilvie is not responsible for return shipping costs.

All items for return must be in their original, unused condition, with all designer labels still attached to the item and any related accessories like box, dust bag, or authenticity card, included in the package. Proof of purchase must accompany the returning item/s.

Worn, damaged, soiled, altered, or incomplete returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Upon receipt and review of the returned item/s, Mitchell Ogilvie will be in communication with you via email and / or phone about your options for an exchange or refund.

Any refunds will be by the same means of payment used for the original purchase. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process, depending on your financial institution.

All sale item transactions are final, and Mitchell Ogilvie does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for sale merchandise.

A store credit for the item’s same value may be offered by Mitchell Ogilvie in its sole discretion where an item has been returned for refund outside the stipulated time frames above. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Mitchell Ogilvie strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as Australia Post Express Post or FASTWAY Couriers, or a registered courier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT), so your package can be tracked. Mitchell Ogilvie will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.

If the conditions stipulated by Mitchell Ogilvie are not met, including timeframes, Mitchell Ogilvie has no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you.

Merchandise that has been damaged or soiled in transit to Mitchell Ogilvie will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy.

FAULTY ITEMS

We make the best efforts to quality control the item/s prior to dispatch.  In the event that something is faulty or damaged, please contact Mitchell Ogilvie as soon as possible via email or phone.

Outside of the 14 day Returns Policy, refunds will only be given against goods with an apparent manufacturing fault deemed solely by the relevant manufacturer and will be subject to proof of purchase. Any refunds will be by the same means of payment used for the original purchase.

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit, unless faulty.

COLOURS

When ordering from the Mitchell Ogilvie online shop, we strive to ensure the items ordered match the description and sample image on the website.

We have made every effort to display the exact colour of our products online, however, the colour display on computer monitors, tablets, and mobile phones, varies greatly and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour is completely accurate.
